Return Policy
Arms Reach offers a 30 day return policy on all unused items. All merchandise must be in original unopened packaging and require a Return Authorization Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization # please contact us in writing at support@armsreach.com. An RA number will be sent back to you to and recorded to ensure the efficient processing of your order. Any delivery without an RA# will be refused and proper credit will not be issued.
Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected a credit for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling will be credited to the original card used at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. Freight damage or manufacture defect will be replaced or repaired promptly by Arms Reach®.
Please Note: Due to repackaging issues the Sleigh bed is not returnable.
Shipping
Arms Reach Concepts® makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. If customer enters an incorrect shipping address a surcharge will be applied to cover the cost of the correction.
Shipments to Asia
If you are an Arm's Reach customer living in Hong Kong, Macao, China, or Taiwan and are having difficulty obtaining our products from a distributor, we are happy to ship to you directly. Please note that because of the number of provinces and shipping weights available for drop shipment, all orders for products coming from this region must be handled by our contact form and not by shopping cart.
Please enter your contact information and desired product order, as well as your country and region, in our contact form. Do not enter credit card information. Upon receiving this information, an Arm's Reach customer support representative will contact you to confirm address and payment method. Each quote will be different based on quantity, product, region and speed.
