Shipping and Returns
Arm's Reach® offers a 30 day return policy on all unused items. All merchandise must be in original unopened packaging and require a Return Authorization Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization (RA) # please contact us in writing at email@example.com or at customer service at 805-751-1632; please have your order or invoice number handy. A RA number will be issued along with the reason for returning. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on any mattresses. Any delivery without a RA# will be refused and proper credit will not be issued. Any item returned to Arm's Reach® for delivery refusal or various attempts will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well an additional shipping charge.
Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected to be found in the acceptable condition as stated above a credit for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling fee will be credited only to the original card used at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. Freight damage or manufacture defect will be replaced or repaired promptly by Arm's Reach®; once the proper verification is received. This may take up to 7-10 business days after receiving the product and depending on the workload of warehouse staff. Once a credit is issued, you will be sent an email advising so please be aware that banks and credit card companies have different time frames; if you do not see you credit please check with your financial institution.
Please Note: Due to repackaging issues the Sleigh bed is not returnable.
Arm's Reach® Concepts makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. If customer enters an incorrect shipping address a surcharge will be applied to cover the cost of the correction. Most items are shipped via UPS, we do no ship to PO Boxes.
Please note: We only ship within the continental U.S. Orders being shipped to HI or AK, please call us to get a shipping quote. Should you want to ship to an APO/FPO address, we can accommodate most requests over the phone. Please note we cannot ship the Sleigh Bed Co-Sleeper® to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
