Returns

Arm's Reach® offers a 30 day return policy on all unused items. All merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization (RA) # please contact us in writing at support@armsreach.com or at customer service at 805-751-1632; please have your order or invoice number handy and the reason for the return. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on any mattresses. Any delivery without an RA# will be refused, and proper credit will not be issued. Any item returned to Arm's Reach® for delivery refusal or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well an additional shipping charge. 

Once the returned item is received and inspected to be found in acceptable condition, a credit for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling fee will be credited only to the original card used at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. Freight damage or manufacture defect will be replaced or repaired promptly by Arm's Reach; once the proper verification is received. This may take up to 7-10 business days after receiving the product and depending on the workload of warehouse staff. Once a credit is issued, you will be sent an email. Please be aware that it may take several days for your credit to appear. If you do not see your credit within a few days, please check with your financial institution.

 

Shipping

Arm's Reach® Concepts makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. If a shipping error occurs due to incorrect customer input, a surcharge will be applied to deliver the package.

Most items are shipped via UPS; we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note: We only ship for free within the continental U.S. For orders being shipped to HI or AK, shipping charges will be charged. Should you want to ship to an APO/FPO address, we can accommodate most requests over the phone.

International Buyers – Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - please note - due to the lack of bedside sleeper standards in your country, the Versatile™ bassinet is the only co-sleeper bassinet that we currently ship into Canadian territory.
